• High-frequency themes: encouragement, favor, victory, confidence, destiny, expansion
• Low-frequency themes: sin, repentance, wrath, judgment, holiness, cross-bearing, lament
• Scripture usage often functions as supporting “handles” for a message already set by pastoral-therapeutic aims rather than canonical control of the message.

Working hypothesis: A multi-tension collapse yields an anthropocentric, present-tense, therapeutic gospel with diminished cross-shaped discipleship.

Case A — “Glory without Cross”

• “Victory” is normative; suffering is treated as an exception, detour, or temporary inconvenience.
• The Christian life is framed as ascent rather than cruciform participation.

Collapse mode: Blessing absorbs Suffering (triumphalism / success norm)

Eschatology is collapsed into anthropology.
