Because discipleship is, by nature, tension formation.

3. Ecclesial flattening

The church loses:

• depth
• thickness
• tension-space

4. Leadership alienation

The pastor becomes:

• a CEO
• a therapist
• an event manager

instead of:

A tension-holder
